Our Church has the following mission and goals:

1. to help all members of the Church to work together in the work of evangelization and the propagation of the Gospel, especially through the Haitian community living in the city of Newark and in the other neighboring regions and cities.
2. to encourage the brothers and sisters of the Church to organize themselves by forming and joining the group of men, women, young people, and children within the Church in order to promote and keep active and functional all the ministries of the Church.
3. to contribute financially to the economic and financial development of the Church and to missionary work.
4. to educate and formulate the responsibilities of the leaders of the different groups of the Church,
5. to develop sound strategies for coordinating the evangelistic activities of the various entities operating within the Church.
6. to respond, according to its means, to the needs of the Haitian Baptist Church Crossroads.
7. to promote and maintain close and frank communication with brothers and sisters with their pastor and other leaders of the Church.
8. to work harmoniously in mutual respect and Christianity in order to win the lost times for Christ in this world.
